 GASOLINE FILTERS
Check them and replace from time to time. In the gasoline circuit there are three filters. Number 1 is a
nylon filter located on the lower cup of the right tank. To reach this filter, you must disassemble the tank panel and unscrew the cap.
Number 2 is filter cartridge of the pump. The fuel pump is located on the right side of the motor. To reach the pump, you must remove the gravel
guard plate from behind the right front wheel, which is held in place by some bolts. The filter housed on the lower cover is made out of a
highly filtering material. (See figure 33). It must be removed by holding the pump vertically. Number 3 Is the filter in the injection
distributor. It is housed in the casting in the entrance of the gasoline intake and is made out of two felt cylinders (a) which are held
between two small metal nets (see figure 34). it is especially important on this filter to carefully check the cleanliness to prevent any
serious damage to the distributor.
